Triple Glazed Skylights for Flat Roofs

Our triple glazed rooflight is designed in a modern style for both flat and pitched roofs. It features structural silicone glazing, providing a factory finished, completely watertight product with a luxurious and sleek appearance.

Unlike some rooflights in the market where the glass edge is exposed and easily damaged, our rooflights are enclosed in a thermally broken aluminium frame, reducing the risk of breakage and leaks.

The enclosed design in a thermally broken aluminium frame guarantees protection against accident and water ingress, providing peace of mind for years to come.

Our triple glazed units are made up of the following specifications:

Glass: Toughened Glass Panes + Heat Soaked Tested

Safety: Laminated Inner pane as standard (unless you option out)

Spacer: Warm Edge (Swissspacer)

Cavity: Argon

Frame: Thermally broken aluminium frame

Load Design: Wind 1.0kn2 / Snow 0.9kn2

Choosing the correct rooflight size

When ordering your rooflight, you must select the size based on your external upstand dimensions.

If you plan to order a 1000mm by 1000mm rooflight, the external upstand dimension needs to match at 1000mm by 1000mm.

Our sizes include a 20mm tolerance built-in, so the actual rooflight size will be 1040x1040mm.

Laminated Glass

All our rooflights are available with laminated glass as standard, unless you have option out.

The laminated glass provides overhead protection and prevents glass from falling through when broken, ensuring safety for those below the rooflight and protecting furniture from damage.

U-Value

As standard on all triple glazed units, we incorporate a clear low ‘E’ glass achieving a centre pane U-value of 0.6 W/m²K. Also available is our double-glazed fixed rooflight version.

The following additional options are available:

Blue tinted glass
Bronze tinted glass
Grey tinted glass
Obscure finish (for privacy)
Solar control (reduce Solar Glare)
